If I want to continue with PT sessions after my pain is gone, can I do so?

This is probably the most crucial time in the rehabilitative process! Yes we want you better but we also want you to REMAIN better so prevention is key. The therapist can guide you in progressions of your home exercise program, give you guidance with respect to an appropriate gym routine and also provide return to work modifications if necessary. Educating you in self-care is critical, and our therapists are here to help you at any point in your recovery!
