What will payment look like?

We can  Direct Bill via Telus for most insurance providers. If not or you are paying privately, we accept Cash, Debit, Visa and Mastercard.

It is our policy that payment is made at the time of service.

Do I need a referral to see a Physiotherapist?

Legislation has been put into place that eliminates the need for a patient to obtain a physician’s referral for physiotherapy. You can call us directly to book an assessment. However, some extended health care providers may require a physician referral in order to reimburse you for physiotherapy service. Please call your benefit provider to confirm prior to booking your assessment.
